Hi,

Tried to access my outlook express e-mail and the shortcut and window is gone. How do I retreive all my saved e-mails? The only thing that pops up is outlook which I never used. Running windows-XP with the latest updates installed(automatic). For five months have been using "Firefox" but wanted to retreive some prior e-mails. What options do I have? Have any of you experienced this issue?

Please help.
