Program ArSiVi

Hi,

I just noticed that my music and my pictures are missing from the start menu. Also when I go into my documents the musi and pictures folders are there but now they say %'s Music and %'s pictures. I did a full scan with Avast and ran malwarebytes and this is what malwarebytes picked up. I would appreciate some help to sort out this problem?

Please help.
