Hi,

Updated Google Play Movies in July after offline viewing feature was added. Was initially able to download rented content for offline viewing. Tried again with purchased content a few weeks later, and download starts, but stops at 11%. Removed all purchased content from all other Android devices and tried downloading to the Chromebook again, download stopped at 11% again. Have been having this issue since the beginning of August?

Please help.
