Program ArSiVi

Hello,

I've got a program that won't run, but it shows up in the task manager. The program in question is the Sony CONNECT Reader for their new eBook reader. The program worked when I first installed it, but now I click on it, I get an hourglass for a second, then nothing. Task manager says it's running, but I can't access it. The only option is to end process.The program wasn't very stable to begin with, lots of crashes and lockups. I had to end process and few times and restart it, but now it won't run at all. What can I try?

Any help will be apprecited.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
